Reg was born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. His family history dates back to its independence. Reg is an American citizen and a veteran of her armed services. He has over twenty-five years of leadership and consulting experience across industries and continents from startups to Fortune 100 with roles spanning strategic planning, business transformation, product development and management, business-technology integration, operations management & performance and engineering. A central theme in his career has been transforming companies and organizations to becoming market-led, financially driven enterprises through the effective integration of people-process and technology.

Reg formed eDea to help companies, large and small and across industry sectors, improve financial and operating performance. He also leads Aegis, a FinTech capitalizing on his deep expertise in enterprise transformation and the effective application of technology & data to solve complex business and societal problems. Its mission: to advance economic well-being through financial transformation. Reg has lived and worked in Venezuela, N. America, Europe and the Caribbean. Among his most memorable projects was his work in the mountain kingdom of Bhutan, where he worked with the government and national telco to redefine its strategy to improve its competitiveness and profitability. He holds advanced degrees in business (MBA - Univ. of VA – Darden Graduate School of Business Administration) and engineering (MS. Elec. Eng. McGill Univ., Montreal, Canada).
